Summer is almost over and what better way to celebrate the last few days than with a loaf of tropical coconut banana bread? The sweet ripe bananas and rich toasted coconut flakes make for an incredibly moist and flavorful quick bread. It’s easy to make and simply delicious!

The spices are warm, inviting and comforting. It’s a great bread to enjoy all year long and incredibly easy to make.
