Chocolate Dipped Caramel Biscotti: caramel bits are mixed in to the dough, baked twice and then dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with coarse sea salt. The dark chocolate and sea salt helps cut the sweetness from the caramel and it enhances the flavor of the cookie. Caramel, dark chocolate and sea salt is a combination that never disappoints.
Guess what… Kitchen Runway turns two today! Which makes it a perfect occasion for some alcohol and chocolate cake! This chocolate Kahlua cake is incredibly easy to make and is always a hit at parties…it must be because of the Kahlua and vodka. It’s moist and not overly sweet and the aroma of Kahlua and chocolate is simply irresistible. I’ve added chocolate chips to the cake and a healthy helping of cream cheese frosting. It is a celebration after all!
Summertime is upon us, so what better way to enjoy your coffee than as a creamy, velvety ice blended frappe with an absolutely addictive combination of flavors. We’ve come to love this quick and easy Raspberry Hazelnut Frappe. Its a decadent ice blended coffee drink that will transport you to the streets of Italy with its notes of rich chocolate, lush raspberry and fragrant hazelnut.

Happy 4th of July! Today we’re doing a guest post for our dear friends, Hong & Kim of The Ravenous Couple. They are getting married at the end of July and the month leading up to the wedding can be tremedously stressful. So we are sharing a recipe on their blog so that we can help free up some of their time so that they can focus on the big day. Marshmallow pops are a fun and easy treat to whip up in little time. Kids simply adore these treats and it’s a fun recipe to make together with your child. You can dip the marshmallow and the kids can decorate. It’s a great red, white and blue treat for 4th of July! Happy Independence Day!
