Summer is around the corner and what better way to enjoy the warmer days than with a cold scoop of ice cream with all of the toppings and a fun umbrella? Serving ice cream in a cupcake liner is the great way to prep for a party or to transport to another location such as the park or even work. This saves time and is great for clean up. Since the ice cream is already pre-scooped you don’t have to fuss with it later or worry about the ice cream sitting out on the table melting. The aluminum cups double as a serving dish so that’s one less dish or bowl that you have to clean up.
Recipe for Brownie Ice Cream Cake. This chocolatey rich ice cream cake is made up of two layers of fudge brownies, 1.5 quarts of Moose Tracks ice cream, topped with a layer of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of nuts. All of the components make for a very decadent cake that is so easy to make! Great to serve at summer gatherings and parties.
