Taylor Thursday and a recipe for an easy and delicious Fuji Apple Bread. I subsitute part of the oil with apple sauce to yield a lower fat bread that is perfect for breakfast, brunch or a quick snack. Serve warm out of the oven or toasted with a light smear of butter.
This banana bread is lighter and healthier than traditional banana bread. The secret is replacing the fat with natural apple sauce. The bread is moist and flavorful, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
